Why McCain For President 2008?

Supporters of Senator John S. McCain believe he is a man of honor, trust, and dignity. He is a man who has been to hell and back as a Vietnam POW enduring torture, beatings, and solitary confinement only to return with a stronger strength in character; stand proudly as a brave and courageous patriot of the U.S; and deeply love our nation with an even greater passion.

We believe through these troubling, uncertain, and tumultuous times, John McCain as president can lead our nation with strength and honor. He is a political figure which only comes along once in a lifetime, and is a positive anomaly to our political system who can bridge the destructive partisan divide in our nation's midst. McCain's maverick qualities only demonstrate that he stands for what he believes. His firm stance on issues undoubtedly represent the protection of our nation's people, and our nation's democratic ideals, even if that leaves him out on a lonely limb with regards to his political colleagues. John McCain will certainly go down in history books, which our grandchildren will someday read, as a strong and honorable leader. Americans are gifted to have Senator John Sidney McCain serve our great country. Senator John S. McCain, as President of the United States, will restore honor, trust, dignity, and CREDIBILITY back to our great nation.

This Meetup group, John McCain for President, can serve a multitude of goals in order to help Senator John McCain become our next President of the United States.

As you can see from the members belonging to this group, we come from various regions of the U.S. This is what we want for the time being. As the group grows, hopefully we can branch out within our own states and cities to unite and mobilize supporters of John McCain at a grass roots level.

There are several groups on the Internet who already have sites up and running for John McCain. Another goal of this group is to seek out these sites and unite all of them centrally.

Our hope is that this site will grow rapidly uniting McCainiacs across the nation at a grassroots level, provide the latest news regarding Senator McCain, and allow members to freely converse with one another in a forum or on our message board.
