    Dick: I suspect that you were there at 1:00 p.m. but with the rain coming down and no one else there until 1:45 you could not have been expected to stay.

      “ My wife and I showed up at 1:45 p.m. A light rain was falling and the area was sparsely populated with vendors for the Festival. We did not see anyone there with the McCain Meetup. We stayed about 20 minutes and just as the sun peaked out from the clouds, we decided to head home. Too bad the event was a "wash-out" literally. Hard to get people out in the rain. ”
